LITHWS Training and Consultancy conducted a comprehensive workshop for Nib International Bank, involving 764 branch managers, accountants, cashiers, CSOs, CJSOs, and district staff from three districts: Addis Ababa, Hawassa, and Hossana. The program took place at various locations, including Nib International Bank headquarters, South Star International Hotel, and Bereket International Hotel.
Berhan International Bank
Title: Unleashing Excellence for Outstanding CRM
Place: Bonroyal Hotel, Addis Ababa.
LITHWS Training and Consultancy successfully delivered a 6-day training program for 64 staff members of Berhan International Bank. The training took place from December 13 to 17, 2021, at the Bonroyal Hotel. The program, titled "Unleashing Excellence for Outstanding CRM," aimed to provide participants with valuable skills and knowledge in areas such as the art of letting go, innate greatness, excellent customer service, letting go and forgiveness, goal setting, and time management.

LITHWS Training and Consultancy successfully delivered a one-day training program for 66 staff members of the Ethiopian Military Foundation. The training took place on May 07, 2023, at the Mekonenoch Kibeb. The program aimed to provide participants with valuable knowledge and skills in areas such as proactive mindset, the art of letting go, the art of greatness, emotional intelligence, and goal setting.

An induction program was conducted for new recruits of IPDC (Industrial Parks Development Corporation) on January 3rd and 4th, 2023, at Elilly International Hotel. The program aimed to provide comprehensive training and orientation to the newly hired staff members.

LITHWS Training and Consultancy conducted a workshop on Excellence in Customer Service for 31 members of ECAE (Ethiopian Conformity Assessment Enterprise ) on December 3rd and 4th, 2022, at the ECAE head office. The workshop centered around topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Goal Setting, Teamwork, and Proactive Mindset. The participants had the opportunity to explore their innate greatness and underwent significant shifts in their attitudes during the program. They left the workshop feeling inspired and motivated to apply the skills they acquired to enhance their personal and professional lives.

The second round of pre-employment training by LITHWS for graduating students took place on December 15th and 16th, 2020, at Addis Ababa University College of Business and Economics. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the training successfully continued after quarantine measures were lifted.

From January 11th to 14th, 2021, a training program titled "Institutional Success through Personal Transformation" was conducted for senior academicians and management, including the president of Dire Dawa University. The training took place at Samrat Hotel in Dire Dawa.

LITHWS conducted a self-leadership empowerment workshop for 102 staff members of Syngenta Ethiopia from August 22-27, 2022, at Dallol Hotel in Adama. The workshop focused on emotional intelligence, proactive mindset, goal setting, and leadership skills. It utilized an experiential and adult learning approach, supported by workbooks. The program left the participants feeling empowered, motivated, and committed to contributing to the company's success. They expressed gratitude to the company for the opportunity.
SYNGENTA Kenya

Place: Thika Greens Resort in Kenya.
LITHWS conducted a successful professional workshop on self-leadership empowerment for 33 staff members of Syngenta Kenya from November 07-09, 2022, at Thika Greens Resort in Kenya. The workshop focused on key modules such as emotional intelligence, proactive mindset, goal setting, and leadership. Participants gained valuable skills and knowledge to enhance their self-leadership capabilities. The workshop also provided an opportunity to address Syngenta's challenges, allowing the leadership team to develop proactive solutions tailored to the company's needs. The workshop served as a catalyst for personal and professional growth, empowering participants to take charge of their own development and contribute to the success of Syngenta Kenya.

LITHWS Training and Consultancy organized a leadership retreat program for 19 managers of Shemu Group at Adulala Resort from August 30 to September 4, 2021 GC.
