LITHWS Training and Consultancy conducted a comprehensive workshop for Nib International Bank, involving 764 branch managers, accountants, cashiers, CSOs, CJSOs, and district staff from three districts: Addis Ababa, Hawassa, and Hossana. The program took place at various locations, including Nib International Bank headquarters, South Star International Hotel, and Bereket International Hotel.
The workshop aimed to unleash the participants' innate wisdom, attitudes, and skills while addressing any known or unconscious limitations they may have. LITHWS provided various empowerment processes and tools to help participants realize their own potential, gain emotional intelligence and self-management principles, and enhance interpersonal skills for improved relationships and team performance.
The specific objectives of the program included helping team members recognize their strengths and potentials, develop a proactive and empowering attitude, address professional barriers, and create a space for change and growth. The workshop also focused on self-reflection, identifying unhealthy mindsets and emotional programming, setting inspiring goals for excellent service, and aligning personal decisions with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Berhan International Bank
Title: Unleashing Excellence for Outstanding CRM

LITHWS Training and Consultancy successfully delivered a 6-day training program for 64 staff members of Berhan International Bank. The training took place from December 13 to 17, 2021, at the Bonroyal Hotel. The program, titled "Unleashing Excellence for Outstanding CRM," aimed to provide participants with valuable skills and knowledge in areas such as the art of letting go, innate greatness, excellent customer service, letting go and forgiveness, goal setting, and time management.
The training program was specifically designed to cater to the needs of Berhan International Bank's staff members, recognizing the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing CRM capabilities in the banking industry. By participating in this program, the staff members had the opportunity to enhance their professional competencies and contribute to the bank's success.
The 5-day program was carefully structured to cover a wide range of topics essential for enhancing CRM excellence. The content aimed to equip participants with practical tools, techniques, and strategies that they could apply in their daily work and interactions with customers. LITHWS Training and Consultancy successfully delivered a Leadership Empowerment Program for 94 participants from the Ethiopian Railway Corporation. The program aimed to provide participants with valuable insights and techniques to enhance their leadership skills. The training took place on March 23-24, 2022, at the Ghion Hotel.
The program focused on various aspects of leadership, including the art of letting go, the art of greatness, emotional intelligence, goal setting, and time management. These topics were carefully selected to address key areas that contribute to effective leadership and personal development.
By engaging in this training, participants had the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills, enabling them to become more effective leaders and make positive contributions within their roles at the Ethiopian Railway Corporation.
Ethiopian Military Foundation

An induction program was conducted for new recruits of IPDC (Industrial Parks Development Corporation) on January 3rd and 4th, 2023, at Elilly International Hotel. The program aimed to provide comprehensive training and orientation to the newly hired staff members.
The program covered several modules, including emotional intelligence, excellent customer service, proactive mindset, goal setting, and teamwork. By focusing on these areas, the program aimed to equip the recruits with essential skills and knowledge necessary for their roles within the organization.
Emotional intelligence training helped the new recruits develop self-awareness, empathy, and effective communication skills, enabling them to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. The module on excellent customer service emphasized the importance of delivering exceptional service to clients and customers, fostering a customer-centric approach within the organization.

LITHWS Training and Consultancy conducted a two-day training program for 90 staff members of the Industrial Parks Development Corporation on proactive leadership and personal development. The training took place on December 18th and 19th, 2020, at Intercontinental Addis Hotel.
The training focused on equipping participants with essential skills to unlock their innate potential, overcome past obstacles, and cultivate a winning mindset. Goal setting and teamwork were also integral parts of the training module, recognizing their significance for individual and organizational success.

The second round of pre-employment training by LITHWS for graduating students took place on December 15th and 16th, 2020, at Addis Ababa University College of Business and Economics. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the training successfully continued after quarantine measures were lifted.
The training was conducted for over 180 graduating classes of the college, aiming to empower them with essential knowledge and skills for their transition into the next phase of their lives. The module covered topics such as emotional consciousness and goal setting, enabling the students to clarify their visions for the future. Time management and teamwork were also emphasized, recognizing their significance in both personal and professional spheres.
LITHWS has been collaborating with Addis Ababa University for the past two years, making a significant impact on the lives of numerous graduating students through this extensive project. From January 11th to 14th, 2021, a training program titled "Institutional Success through Personal Transformation" was conducted for senior academicians and management, including the president of Dire Dawa University. The training took place at Samrat Hotel in Dire Dawa.
The training modules encompassed various topics such as uncovering one's greatness, understanding and harnessing emotions for positive action, letting go of limiting past experiences, visioning and goal setting, and transforming challenges into opportunities for constructive change. Additionally, the importance of mission-vision alignment was emphasized during the training.
The two-day program was designed to be engaging, participatory, and reflective, enabling the participants to gain a deeper understanding of life and success from diverse perspectives.

A dynamic workshop was conducted for 15 middle management members of Florensis Ethiopia from March 23rd to 24th, 2021, at Bishoftu Lisak Resort. The purpose of the workshop was to empower the leadership skills of the participants through engaging experiential learning processes and accelerated learning tools.
The workshop focused on facilitating personal transformation and enhancing ownership and mission vision alignment among the trainees. Through thought-provoking content and interactive activities, the program aimed to enable the participants to unlock their true potential and develop a greater sense of leadership.

Shemu PLC
Title: Self-leadership empowerment
Place: Adulala Resort, Bishoftu.
LITHWS Training and Consultancy organized a leadership retreat program for 19 managers of Shemu Group at Adulala Resort from August 30 to September 4, 2021 GC. The program was focused on various key areas of leadership development, including emotional intelligence, goal setting, vision alignment, leadership skills, KASMA profit sharing, Microsoft Teams training, green tech future plans presentation, and ASVEZA vision plan.
During the retreat, the managers were provided with valuable insights and practical tools to enhance their leadership abilities. The program emphasized the importance of emotional intelligence in effective leadership, enabling the participants to develop self-awareness, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
Furthermore, the retreat included a presentation on green tech future plans, enabling the managers to explore sustainable practices and their impact on the organization and the environment. The ASVEZA vision plan session facilitated the development of a clear vision for the managers, aligning their individual goals with the overarching objectives of Shemu Group.
